- New intro text that fades in and out, leading to the title screen
- Level 2 is fully complete and playable
- Fixed music not fading properly
- Added half-done tutorial level that leads into level 1
- Added new music tracks and updated some pre-existing ones

NOTE: To finish the tutorial at the moment, you kind of have to climb up on a wall, jump to the end of the stage, and full-send to the farthest floating chest. That one has the carrot cake. This will be fixed once I finish the tutorial level.
